Major Additions - Grand Ballroom and Home Theater

This major construction project consisted of two projects:

Project 1:

• A new Grand Ballroom with Wet Bar
• A new Master Bedroom and Master Bath above and to the rear of the Grand Ballroom to be accessed by an elegant free floating radius stairway
• A new Garage with a Loft above it

Project 2:

• A new Home Theater
• An Exercise Room above the Home Theater
• A Lounging Area with a screened Porch above the Exercise Room
• A 9-foot masonry Privacy Wall to surround the entire complex
