Light Commercial Project in Tucker, Georgia

Transform a 1930's duplex into an attractive, viable business location.

The roof for the porch on the second floor was removed to create a lighter look on the former front elevation (now the right elevation). The porch below, which was previously the duplex's front entry, was enclosed for a showroom. (See the mannequin in the window). The front entry was moved and centered on the former left elevation. All of the windows were redone, along with a dramatic color change in order to create a more inviting , "Doll House" appearance.
