Additions - Major Project - Porte-co-chere

• Design a four-car rear loading Garage
• Add a Bonus Room above the Garage
• Garage to be connected to the existing home via a Porte-co-chere,
  which means "port for the carriage"
• Add a Computer Room above the Porte-co-chere
• The existing Garage to become an Office
• Design a new Keeping Room off of the Kitchen
• Tile the existing Deck with a new roof over the Deck
• Add a newly designed marble Balustrade and Stairs
